What they say about Islam

Sir Winston Churchill

“No stronger retrograde force exists in the world.”

Thomas Jefferson, a Founding Father of the USA

“It was written in their Koran, that all nations which had not acknowledged the Prophet were sinners, whom it was the right and duty of the faithful to plunder and enslave.”

Sir William Muir, eminent Orientalist

“The sword of Muhammad and the Quran are the most fatal enemies of civilization, liberty, and the truth which the world has yet known.”

Carl Jung, founder of analytical psychology

“We do not know whether Hitler is going to found a new Islam. He is already on the way; he is like Muhammad. The emotion in Germany is Islamic; warlike and Islamic.”

Samuel Huntington, political scientist

“The underlying problem for the West is not Islamic fundamentalism. It is Islam, a different civilization whose people are convinced of the superiority of their culture.”

Jon Snow, broadcaster

“Further conflict may be unavoidable as Muslims are united in wishing to curb the right to speak freely.”

Rajinder Singh, Sikh spokesman

“If the British people don`t wake up they’ll get blown up.”

Michael Stürzenberger, defender of freedom

“Islam is gravely dangerous. … When will the world wake up?”

Walid Shoebat, ex-bomber

“My question for the West is this: What part of ‘kill’ don’t they understand ?” (In reference to Koran 9:5: Kill the unbelievers wherever you find them… .)

I would also like to add a recent quote from Singapore’s founding father, Lee Kwan Yew:

“I think we were progressing very nicely until the surge of Islam came, and if you asked me for my observations, the other communities have easier integration…I would say today, we can integrate all religions and races except Islam.” (http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2011/02/singapores_lee_we_can_integrat.html)

Having said that, Singapore, in my opinion, has been a lot more successful in integrating Islam than have many European countries.

    The Stranger
    Rudyard Kipling

    THE STRANGER within my gate,
He may be true or kind,
But he does not talk my talk
    I cannot feel his mind.
I see the face and the eyes and the mouth,
    But not the soul behind.

The men of my own stock
They may do ill or well,
But they tell the lies I am wonted to,
They are used to the lies I tell.
When we go to buy and sell.

    The Stranger within my gates,
He may be evil or good,
But I cannot tell what powers control
    What reasons sway his mood;
Nor when the Gods of his far-off land
    Shall repossess his blood.

The men of my own stock,
    Bitter bad they may be,
But, at least, they hear the things I hear,
    And see the things I see;
And whatever I think of them and their likes
They think of the likes of me.

    This was my father’s belief
    And this is also mine:
Let the corn be all one sheaf
And the grapes be all one vine,
Ere our children’s teeth are set on edge
    By bitter bread and wine.
